It’s your business, it’s your choice to surround yourself with customers you want to deal with. 

Why would you want people in your building or on your customer list that consistently question and moan about what you do and how you do it? 

If they don’t believe, they don’t trust, if they don’t trust then they’ll moan and will consume your efforts like a massive sack of potatoes on your back.

Of course in challenging times this can sometimes be a luxury, but DO NOT sell out the culture of what your trying to achieve by chasing turnover. Also if your struggling then take a look at your business and beliefs
